Shipping & Returns


Shipping Policy:

All orders and parcels are trackable using a verified, third-party shipping company (e.g. USPS, DHL, etc.). Once your order is placed with us, you will receive an order confirmation number to your email for your own reference as we immediately begin preparing your order. Please give our store 2-3 business days to package your order to your satisfaction – once your order has been prepared and out of our hands, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to locate your order every step of the way. When placing an order from Wolf Members Only, you hereby agree that our store is not responsible for customers inserting their (1) shipping address, (2) size or (3) merchandise incorrectly and abide by our shipping policy.  

Return Policy: Our store will accept a refund if notified by the customer 48 hours from the marked date of delivery. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, sale/discounted items or accessories for sanitary purposes. We do not provide exchanges for any items/accessories and if outside of the 48 hour window, we will not provide a refund. When returning, we recommend speaking with a customer service representative at support@wolfmembersonly.com before using a trackable service such USPS flat-rate shipping. When placing an order from Wolf Members Only, you hereby agree that our store is not responsible if the shipping courier misplaces or damages your package. Customers will be fully responsible for covering any and all returning shipping charges.
